“Upon arrival and after receiving the keys for the room, went to my room to find it was dirty, like not cleaned from the prior guest at all. Went back to front desk, the gentleman helping me was very kind but they had no more suites available and was only able to stay in a regular room which was fine, they told me I would be compensated for the difference but have yet to hear back on anything. “Wished we'd known ahead of time, the hotel was hosting a Cosplay weekend and while like minded folks were heavily mingling doing their cosplay thing, it was not a place for me. But locked in, the place was everything but peaceful. Break fast was semi normal attire and very good as expected, but the social hour was a bit awkward and the bar tenders need to wipe down their bar more frequently. Sticky is not inviting. I probably won't be back. The hot tub was out of commission, looked like it...

“The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.”

“Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did charge me anything when I brought my little chihuahua with me, I did have his kennel with me. Linens were all clean as well as the rest of the room and hotel. The deposit to stay was lower than anywhere else that In looked at. There wasn't breakfast but it made up for it by being clean and very quiet.”

“The pool and gym were both closed. The shower curtain and towels had holes in them. I tried to talk to a manager but no one was ever available and no one else could help. The place is run down and dirty.”
